Jack Bannon Fund for the Arts

The Jack Bannon Fund for the Arts was created by Ellen Travolta to honor her late husband, actor Jack Bannon, and his wish of supporting people of all ages in their quest to further their passion in the arts.

The fund provides financial support to local creatives pursuing endeavors in visual, performing, and literary arts, and is open to ages 16 and older. (Must live in Kootenai County to apply)

Funds are awarded in the amount of $1,000-$2,500 depending on the applicants proposed project, timeline, and budget. Applicants are asked to provide details on their artistic pursuit or goal, plus one letter of reference to support their application.

Funds for 2024 have been awarded. Stay tuned for future opportunities to apply!
